• When will my order be ready?

  You can collect your order from the Fat Franks Camping Shop as soon as campsites open on Wednesday afternoon. This includes if you have purchased an early bird entrance ticket.

• Where do I collect my order?

• What do I need to collect my order?

  Please bring your order confirmation email which will contain a QR code for scanning.

• I am in accessible campsite, can my essential companion collect my order on my behalf?

  Yes, of course - they will need a QR code in a copy of your order confirmation.

• When is the cut off time for placing a click and collect order?

  Click and collect will close on Saturday, 16th August at 12 noon /  lunch time.

• I've placed my order from Fat Franks before the Leeds takeover, what happens now?

  Your order isn’t affected - you can collect your order as planned from the Fat Franks collection point.
